INFINITI QX30 Launch

The QX30 was the first vehicle of its kind for Infiniti — a new type of premium crossover utility vehicle for a new type of premium buyer. QX30 has several features, controls, and dynamic qualities different from other INFINITI vehicles. As a critical strategy during the launch of the QX30, INFINITI needed to communicate these unique attributes and features to the Infiniti sales force.

We were asked to create an instructor-led training workshop that focused on how to present, demonstrate, and deliver QX30’s unique features and controls. The result was an INFINITI University Live workshop in which participants:

  • Identified QX30’s market positioning, target buyers, primary competitors, trim levels, and grade walk
  • Conducted a presentation activity about QX30’s unique styling
  • Conducted a delivery activity to accurately demonstrate unique QX30 features and controls
  • Completed a street drive that identified QX30’s dynamic characteristics and how to highlight those characteristics during a demonstration drive
